Both grant agreements arrived from the trust company, dated after the payment. Still a finding on approval order. @Dana Park worth a line in the board communication rather than a conversation, if you agree.

The trustees added two new grantees in the last quarter and neither has a signed grant agreement on file. Jonah picks that up in fieldwork; it is a finding unless the trust company produces them.
