Wrap-up starts Sunday and still has nobody on it. Priya stays on investments as far as I am concerned, so it is Avery or Jonah, and Jonah still has contributions open.

Distributions is where the hours went. The recordkeeper sent three participant files and we tested the wrong one first. Not a scope change, but six hours we will not get back.

Back today and I have picked contributions up again. Three participant populations left, closed by tomorrow.

I took distributions off Jonah while he was out. That is senior-manager time on staff-level work and it will read as a write-off. Deliberate: the alternative was losing the week.
